Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@evaanaapparel.com with your order details. If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return as per our Return Policy after receiving the order. Please note that we require a processing time of up to 2 business days upon receiving the returned item(s) to complete the refund.
